The fees are charged in accordance with No. 7.1 and 7.3 of Annex 1 to the Building Fees Ordinance (BauGebO). The BauGebO provides for a budget of between €500 and €7,500 for approvals in individual cases or project-related type approvals. A fee payment obligation also arises in the event of rejection or withdrawal of the application.
