Would you like to collect usable waste, so-called recyclables, from private households for non-profit or commercial purposes? Then you must report this to the responsible authority before starting your collection.
Recyclable materials from private households must be handed over. This means that they are generally left to the public waste disposal providers. The commercial or non-profit collection of recyclable materials from private households (recyclable waste) is only permitted if this has been reported to the responsible authority in advance.
If you want to carry out a non-profit or commercial collection of recyclable waste, so-called recyclables from private households, you must report the collection to the responsible authority in advance.
For example, you have to advertise street collections or container collections of textiles and shoes, but also points of purchase of waste paper and other collections. The responsible authority can set a time limit, impose conditions or prohibit your collection.
