Do you want to operate a low-frequency system or a DC system? Then, under certain conditions, you must report this to the responsible immission control authority.
As the operator of a low-frequency system with a nominal voltage of 110 KV or more or a DC system, you are obliged to notify the responsible authority before commissioning or any significant change.
The competent authority checks the notification and records the system in its system register.

- the system is located on a plot of land in the area of a development plan or within a built-up district or on a plot of land with residential buildings in the outside area or crosses such plots of land,
- the system or its significant change does not require a permit, plan approval or other official decision in which the interests of immission control are taken into account.
The notification must be submitted in writing by post or electronically to the competent authority.
The notification must be submitted to the competent authority at least two weeks before the system is put into operation or before a significant change is made to the system.
This administrative service does not constitute an administrative act. For this reason, there is no legal remedy.
