Supplementary rehabilitation benefits are granted to you in whole or in part in addition to medical rehabilitation in order to achieve or secure the rehabilitation goal. This is done at the discretion and on medical orders. These include, for example, the following offers:
- patient training for the chronically ill,
- rehabilitation sport and functional training,
- socio-medical aftercare measures for chronically ill or seriously ill children and young people.
- Application for supplementary rehabilitation benefits
- Medical prescription or statement from the doctor treating you
- You must be required to provide supplementary rehabilitation services in order to achieve or secure the goal of rehabilitation.
- Medical treatment must already have been provided or will still be provided by the health insurance company.
