If you would like to provide certain services in other EU countries, you will need the EU certificate as proof of your professional experience for some EU countries (e.g. Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg).
If you want to provide certain services in an EU Member State or establish yourself there, in some Member States you must present, among other things, the so-called EU certificate. With this certificate you prove that you provide this service in Germany lawfully and permanently. If you or your company are a member of a chamber (e.g. Chamber of Crafts), this is responsible for you. Otherwise, please contact the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
In order to show that the services are provided on a permanent and lawful basis, you must indicate the specific activity you carry out and how long it lasted. In addition to a description of the company's activities, you must state whether you were self-employed, headed a company or a branch, held a management position or were an employee.
