In order to enable a clear allocation of your individual waste disposal sites, you must use the appropriate official site numbers. To do this, use the company numbers issued by the responsible authority.

You enter these official company numbers in the forms of the waste verification process, such as disposal certificates, accompanying notes and acceptance forms. The company numbers also clearly assign the company locations in other waste law forms such as the waste disposal company certificate. You can obtain the company numbers from the responsible authority.

• Business registration or commercial register extract (copy)

• You apply for the waste disposal number from the responsible authority (an online service is available)
• The responsible authority first checks whether the information is complete and plausible and whether the necessary documents have been attached.
• If necessary, the responsible authority will request information and documents from you.
• If the information and documents are complete and plausible, the authority will issue a company number and inform you of it.
