With the ElsterFormular program, the tax authorities offer free software for preparing tax returns or tax registrations on a PC and the subsequent electronic, encrypted data transmission.
ElsterFormular is available for the last time for the preparation of tax returns and tax registrations for the year 2019.
That means:
Tax returns for the year 2020 (to be submitted in 2020)
Tax returns (e.g. income tax return) for the year 2020 (to be submitted from 2021)
can no longer be created in ElsterFormular.

can no longer be created in ElsterFormular.
lsterFormular will be offered for the last time for the preparation of the tax return for the year 2019. Instead, only My ELSTER with its many advantages will be available (see links). With just one click, the previous year's data can be transferred from ElsterFormular directly to My ELSTER, so that the convenient data transfer from the previous year is possible as usual. ElsterFormular is no longer available as a CD-ROM in the Hamburg tax offices.
