The energy guides are qualified, approved consultants who answer your individual questions, provide information on all further offers in Hamburg and refer to the current funding programs. Advice from Hamburg's energy guides is independent and free of charge. You will be given information on many topics, for example:

The submission of documents depends on the individual case and results from the individual initial consultation.
The Hamburg Energy Guides are a cooperation between Zebau GmbH, the Hamburg consumer center, the federal support for energy advice from the consumer center and the Hamburg Chamber of Crafts. They are funded by the Hamburg Authority for the Environment, Climate, Energy and Agriculture, as well as from climate protection funds.
