If you want to operate a care service, the intention must be communicated to the competent authority at least six weeks before the planned start-up.

- Certificate of good conduct for submission to authorities
- extract from the central Register of trade and commerce
Anyone wishing to open a nursing service has to present a target-group-oriented nursing concept, in the case of care for residential communities, the number and number of users, the planned number of employees, information material for the nursing staff and the qualifications of the company management and the nursing service management.
The notification must contain the following additional information and documents:
- the planned start of operations,
- the names and addresses of the nursing staff and the operator,
- the nursing conception of the nursing service,
- the name, professional training and career of the company and nursing service management as well
- the number and addresses of the shared apartments looked after by the care service within the meaning of Section 2 (3).
