A separate certificate is required for each narcotic drug prescribed.

Hinweise

When traveling to non-Schengen countries, you should find out about the legal situation there before you start your journey. Special permits may be required. If the doctor's practice is in Hamburg, there is an all-round responsibility. Any health department can be visited. If the doctor's practice is in another federal state, Hamburg is not the point of contact.

The regulation on bringing narcotics into the contracting states of the Schengen Agreement also applies to persons resident in another member state when entering the Federal Republic of Germany, even if they are carrying narcotics that are prescribable in the country of origin but not in the Federal Republic of Germany.
