Vaccination damage is the health and economic consequence of damage to health caused by the protective vaccination that goes beyond the usual extent of a vaccination reaction.
If you or your child have suffered vaccine damage as a result of a vaccination that is required by law or recommended by an authority, you are entitled to benefits under Book Fourteen of the Social Code (SGB XIV) due to the health and economic consequences of the vaccine damage.

In principle, there are no deadlines to be observed. In order to receive care once the injury has occurred, the application must be made within one year of vaccination.
An objection can be raised against decisions. The objection must be lodged with the Authority for Employment, Health, Social Affairs, Family and Integration – Hamburg Welfare Office, Adolph-Schönfelder-Straße 5, 22083 Hamburg within one month of the announcement of the decision in writing, in electronic form in accordance with Section 36a Paragraph 2 of the First Book of the Social Code (SGB I) or in writing.
