The urban sewer network consists of sewage and rainwater pipes. Both discharges are often combined in a mixed channel. Before reporting a blockage, please ensure that it is not on your property. The property owner is responsible for the lines on the property and up to the main sewer and is responsible for their maintenance. In the inspection shaft, if available, you can check whether the waste water is still draining properly from your property and whether the blockage must be in the municipal network. If there is an inspection shaft, it is usually located on the property or as an inspection shaft in the building (basement, connection room, etc...). It should be accessible at all times.
