Radikalisierungsprävention; Beantragung einer Förderung für Projekte

Associations, municipalities, initiatives or groups that want to draw attention to the issues of Salafism/Islamism, right-wing radicalism, left-wing radicalism or anti-Semitism with projects can be supported by the Free State of Bavaria.

Purpose

The aim is to develop, test, implement and evaluate measures for the prevention of Salafism/Islamism, right-wing and left-wing radicalism and anti-Semitism with significance for the whole of Bavaria.

Object

Projects for the prevention of radicalization can be funded by the Free State of Bavaria. For example, projects can be funded that take a strong stance against radical positions or that network or sensitize the various local players.

Recipients of funding

Legally responsible organizations with a connection to the prevention of radicalization are eligible to apply, but not individuals.

Eligible costs

Material, personnel and administrative costs can be funded in accordance with the Radicalization Prevention Guidelines (RPR).

Type and amount

The grant is awarded as partial funding within the framework of project funding. An appropriate share of own funds amounting to ten percent (10%) of the total eligible expenditure is required.

• Project concept with application documents

It must

• a written application must be submitted using the templates provided by the approval authority and
• an own contribution of ten percent of the total eligible expenditure must be provided in the form of own funds in accordance with the Radicalization Prevention Guidelines - RPR.

Contact can be made with the "Department VI2 - Prevention of Radicalization" at the Bavarian State Ministry for Family, Labor and Social Affairs to clarify the interest and the possibilities of possible funding.

If there is mutual agreement, the forms (application forms) will be sent by the responsible approval authority, the government of Middle Franconia, for funding.

The application must always be submitted in writing and the annexes to the application must be completed in full.

The granting authority is always available to answer questions during the application process.

Funding during and beyond the year is possible by arrangement.

The project will (if applicable) become a partner in the area of prevention in "Bavaria's Network for Prevention and Deradicalization against Salafism" and the "Bavarian Action Concept against Right-Wing Extremism". The project sponsors are invited to events, networking meetings, etc. accordingly. Constant exchange with the Bavaria-wide structures is expected.
