A permit or notification is required for the delivery or provision of certain substances or mixtures, depending on the recipient group.
Anyone who commercially supplies substances or mixtures or makes them available to third parties that are labeled in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 (CLP Regulation) with the hazard pictogram GHS06 (skull with crossed bones) or the hazard pictogram GHS08 (health hazard) and the signal word Danger and one of the hazard statements H340, H350, H350i, H360, H360F, H360D, H360FD, H360Fd, H360Df, H370 or H372 requires a permit from the competent authority or must notify the competent authority.
In Bavaria, the trade supervisory office at the government of Lower Bavaria is responsible for issuing a permit or accepting a notification in accordance with the ChemVerbotsV.

Copy of the examination certificate according to § 11 ChemVerbotsV, of the competent person available in the company, if necessary for each store
- Police clearance certificate of the competent person
Purpose: Poison trade permit;
- Extract from the central business register
Only when applying for permission
The permit is issued to anyone who
- has proven their expertise in accordance with § 11 of the Chemicals Prohibition Ordinance,
- has the required reliability and
- is at least 18 years old.
At least one person who meets the above requirements must be named in the notification.
