The entry in the list of consulting engineers can be deleted upon request. The compulsory membership ends with the deletion.

You are registered in the list of consulting engineers.

Applications for deletion from the list of consulting engineers are only possible with a notice period of 3 months to the end of a half-year.

Deletion can also be carried out ex officio in the event of

• Death of the registered person,
• legally binding recognition of deletion in professional court proceedings
• Permanent cessation of residence, establishment or predominant professional employment in Bavaria
