The expert committees determine a large amount of important data for the valuation on the basis of the evaluated purchase contracts. This data is used by the general public as well as all institutions and groups of people active in the real estate market and experts to determine the market value of properties. In addition to the presentation of money, area and contract turnover, which is broken down into undeveloped, developed, agricultural and forestry properties, the data from the area of residential and partial ownership is also analyzed.

In addition, the expert committees determine special, high-quality parameters that are essential for determining the market value. The so-called "other data required to determine the value" includes the asset value factors for the asset value method, property interest rates for the income value method, gross yield factors, conversion and comparison factors for the comparative value method as well as index series on the development of the various areas of the real estate market.

This data is usually presented in the property market reports or real estate market reports of the expert committees. Not every expert committee has derived and published all the data for every submarket, e.g. due to insufficient data.

The content is aimed at interested laypersons, but also at people who carry out property valuations as part of their professional activities, such as experts for determining the market value of properties, appraisers for determining mortgage lending values, estate agents and tax consultants.
