The expert committees determine a large amount of important data for the valuation on the basis of the evaluated purchase contracts. This data is used by the general public as well as all institutions and groups of people active in the real estate market and experts to determine the market value of properties. This data is usually presented in the property market reports or real estate market reports of the expert committees. Not every expert committee has derived and published all the data for every submarket, e.g. due to insufficient data.
