You have applied for financial support from the responsible local authority. Once a positive funding decision has been received, payment is made by the responsible body for the purpose of drawing down the funds.

Once the funding application has been approved, the amount set is paid out by the responsible authority for the purpose of drawing down the funds.

Proof of funding must then be provided.

• Bank details if not already submitted with the application
• Proof of expenditure incurred, if applicable

• You must submit the documents in full.
• The submitted application must be legally signed.
• If necessary, a separate application for early commencement of the measure must be submitted.

The financial support will be paid to you when the application is approved or a separate application for payment is required. This is set out in the respective municipal statutes/guidelines.

Deadlines may vary depending on the funding provider and funding program.

Unlawfully disbursed or used funds can be reclaimed by the municipality.

No association activities that serve political goals or purposes may be subsidized.

• Disbursement only with call for funds (will be sent with the positive decision)
• Bank details are mandatory
• Proof of funding must be provided afterwards
