In many municipalities, you can receive financial, material or advisory support for your registered association with legal capacity.

Some local authorities have the opportunity to support and promote your club culture. This can be done in various ways:

- financial support, e.g. grants for construction measures or per member

- material support, e.g. reduced or free use of premises or sports facilities and

- advisory support, e.g. support in applying for funding programs.

The amount and type of funding is individual.

Once the application for funding has been approved, the amount determined is paid out by the responsible body and the material service or advisory activity is provided.

In the case of a material service, documentation can be provided on the basis of a protocol.

An advisory activity relating to the completion of an application can take place before the application is submitted.

The local authority will subsequently request proof of funding.

• Application and any further documents and evidence required
• If necessary, separate application for early start of the measure
• Submission of current association statutes

- Association may not discriminate against future and current members without objective reason

There are no costs for the application.

- The application must be submitted in writing or online to the responsible office.

- Approval is granted in the form of a written or digital notification.

Processing time varies depending on receipt and budget situation, so no defined processing time can be specified.

Deadlines may vary depending on the funding provider and funding program. The application deadline depends on the local authority's guidelines.

Unlawfully disbursed or used funds can be reclaimed by the municipality.

No association activities that serve political goals or purposes may be funded.

Objection is admissible with reasons
