If you no longer wish to operate an X-ray device, you must inform the responsible radiation protection authority.
There may be various reasons why you no longer operate an X-ray system. The termination of operation may, for example, be the sale or disposal of the X-ray equipment. In any case, you must inform the competent authority for radiation protection immediately.
- Proof of the whereabouts of the X-ray equipment, e.g. disposal or sale
- Any authorization received (original)
- Notification of the termination of the authorized or notified operation or handling Receipt
- X-ray equipment of any kind must be deregistered upon termination of operation
- concerns, for example, the sale or disposal of the X-ray equipment
- Deregistration must be made in writing
- Responsible: competent authority for radiation protection
