Study and examination regulations of the universities

After your last successful examination, the final documents will be prepared by the respective university.

After successful completion of the Bachelor's or Master's programme, you will receive a certificate containing the completed modules of the programme and the topic of the thesis, stating the respective assessments and the ECTS credits earned as well as the overall grade.

In addition, you will receive a certificate with which the university awards the Bachelor's or Master's degree.

In addition, you will receive a document written in German and English as an attachment to the certificate (Diploma Supplement). This includes information in particular about the university, the admission requirements for the course, the course of study, the course of study and the qualification acquired with the degree.

You will receive the certificate and the certificate in German and – if necessary on request – also in English. Upon application to the respective university, you can also obtain them in English. Some universities have also provided for the issuance of documents in both languages in their framework examination regulations without the need for a separate application.
