Administrative regulation on execution permits for mobile structures and their acceptance tests for use

Acceptance of Flying Structures

Floating structures are structures that are suitable and intended to be repeatedly erected and dismantled in different places (e.g. rides, tents, etc.). For the erection and use of mobile structures, a so-called execution permit is required.

Site plan / seating plan (if applicable)

Use is permitted if:

a) the conformity of the flying structure with the blueprints,

(b) compliance with the ancillary provisions of the execution permit;

c) the stability of the mobile structure with regard to the local ground conditions

can be confirmed.

According to subheading 6.5 of the Brandenburg Building Fee Regulations

The test book must be submitted to the building inspectorate before acceptance of the mobile structure in use. Subsequently, the acceptance date must be agreed with the building supervision. The notifying operator or the operator of the flying structure or the person authorised in writing must personally participate in this.

The acceptance of use is valid for the indicated duration of the installation.

The installation of the flying structure must be reported to the responsible lower building supervisory authority for the respective location.

The locally competent lower building supervisory authority.

The original test book shall be submitted. An on-site appointment is required for acceptance.
