Pupils perform written, oral and practical work at appropriate intervals according to the requirements of the respective course.
Pupils provide written, oral and practical performances at appropriate intervals in accordance with the requirements of the respective course of education, the grade level concerned and the individual subjects, learning areas, learning fields and learning field groups to demonstrate their level of achievement. Performance records are used for performance assessment and as a basis for counseling.
The individual written, oral and practical performance records as well as the overall performance achieved during a school year are assessed according to six grade levels. In certain grades or in some courses at special schools, the grades can be supplemented or replaced by a general assessment or a points system.
