As an approved measuring point for emissions and immissions in accordance with the Federal Immission Control Act, you can offer your services throughout Germany after notification by a state authority or participate in corresponding tenders.

In terms of equipment and personnel, they are able to determine particulate, gaseous organic and inorganic substances and odours. They have the special requirements in terms of sampling and analysis.

They are able to detect noises and/or vibrations in terms of equipment and personnel.

Fees are due for the implementation of the disclosure procedure and the associated expert services, depending on the examination and administrative effort and the special measurements requested.

Approximately four months weeks after the complete documentation is available

The disclosure is limited to five years and must then be applied for again.

For the measurement of air pollutants on behalf of companies, the measuring body requires official recognition or approval (here referred to as disclosure)

- The competent authority for this is the State Office for the Environment
