The holder of a weapons manufacturing permit or arms trade permit must notify the competent authority of the commencement and cessation of operations as well as the opening and closure of a branch within two weeks (§ 21 para. 6 WaffG).
The commencement or cessation of operations for the commercial production of arms and/or the arms trade must be notified to the competent authority which receives them.
Written notification and, if necessary, weapon manufacturing or -trading permit
Written notification by permit holder to the weapons authority responsible for the place of operation.
