The Register of Cra ftsmen is a register in which the owners of businesses of crafts requiring a license are to be entered with the craft they operate, Section 6 (1) of the Crafts Code (HwO). The Register of Craftsmen is kept by the Chambers of Crafts.
In accordance with Section 113 (4) sentence 1 HwO in conjunction with the fee regulations of the relevant Chamber of Skilled Crafts, fees are charged for entry in the Register of Skilled Crafts in accordance with the fee schedule of the relevant Chamber of Skilled Crafts.
