Children and adolescents who have been victims of single or repeated abuse urgently need protection and help from other adults. Those who are "close" can help most effectively. They are almost always the only ones who can pass on information and thus redeem the victims.
If you notice signs of possible abuse of minors in your neighbourhood, circle of acquaintances or relatives, please contact the competent authority immediately. Your anonymity is preserved.
The responsibility lies with the district and the independent city as well as each police station.
