Special Use Statute
If you are planning a public event, you usually have to notify it in writing at least one week before the event.
The notification must contain the following information:
- Type, place and time of the event
- Number of participants to be admitted
The issuance of a notice or a permit is subject to a fee. Due to the large number of possibilities, these are different in individual cases.
Special regulations apply to events on public streets. Information can be obtained from the competent authority.
The responsibility lies with the municipality, the joint municipality and the city in whose district the event is planned.
