The application for a day stand can be submitted in oral or written form. A written application must be submitted for an annual or seasonal pitch.
- Itinerant trade card, unless the market is determined in accordance with the Industrial Code
- Employee itinerant business card or, according to the new law, a duplicate or certified copy of the trader's itinerant trade card
- if applicable, a special use permit if the public road space is used
