Rehabilitierung von SED-Opfern: Bestätigung - von Versorgungsansprüchen

Have you suffered damage to your health as a result of an unjustified deprivation of liberty or any other sovereign measure that served the purpose of political persecution? Then, due to the health and economic consequences of this damage, you can receive care upon application.

• if the application is submitted in writing: birth certificate
• if the application is submitted in person, identity card or passport
• Confirmation of registration
• If applicable, medical documents in your possession (e.g. expert opinions)
• If applicable, power of attorney, supervisor ID card or certificate of appointment

There are no fees.

There are no deadlines to be observed.

In principle, care is granted from the time the application is submitted. The prerequisite is the existence of a rehabilitation decision from the competent rehabilitation authority in the new federal states.
Applications can be submitted there until 31.12.2019.
