- Voting is by official ballot paper
- ballot paper is handed out on entering the voting room
- the voter then enters the voting booth individually
- the desired election proposal is clearly indicated by a cross or in some other way
- then the ballot paper is folded in the voting booth
- the voter shall produce the ballot paper on request or identify himself or herself
