Funding is only granted for projects that are in line with the German program for the EMFAF 2021-2027.

You will receive funding for, among other things

• Investments to improve working conditions
• Investments to improve energy efficiency

• Completed application form plus attachments
• Project description
• Balance sheets and profit and loss account for the last 3 years
• Detailed financing cost plan
• Offers to check the plausibility of the costs

• The project must be in line with the German program for the EMFAF 2021-2027 approved by the European Commission.
• Applicants must be owners of fishing ports in Lower Saxony.
• The investments must take place in ports in Lower Saxony.
• The de minimis limits according to No. 5.6 of the funding guidelines must be reached.

There are no costs.

• You apply for funding by submitting all relevant documents to the LWK
• The granting authority decides whether to approve your application and issues a grant notification
• Once proof of use has been submitted, the eligible expenditure is determined by means of an assessment notice.
• The grant will be paid out after submission of an application for payment

The processing time varies depending on the scope and type of funding

Deadlines for the applicant only arise from the grant notification.
