In order to enable a clear allocation of your waste generation points in waste law procedures, you must use corresponding official establishment numbers. To do this, use the establishment numbers issued by the competent authority.

You enter these official establishment numbers in the forms of the waste documentation procedure, such as waste disposal certificates, consignment bills and transfer bills. You can obtain the establishment numbers in Lower Saxony from the Hildesheim Trade Supervisory Office.

The fixed price is based on the Ordinance on Fees and Expenses for Official Acts and Services.

• You can apply for the waste producer number in Lower Saxony via the online service.
• The competent authority will first check whether the information is complete and plausible and whether the required documents have been enclosed. If necessary, it will request additional information and documents.
• If the information and documents are complete and plausible, the authority will issue a company number and inform you of this.
