Antrag auf Genehmigung eines Kleinfeuerwerks

The burning of small fireworks requires an exemption outside the year.

On 31/12 and 1/1 of a year, persons who are 18 years old are allowed to burn pyrotechnic articles of category F2 without special official permission. For the rest of the year, this is only permitted to holders of an explosives permit or a certificate of competency. The competent authority may grant exemptions from this. It is at the discretion of the municipalities whether exemptions are granted in principle and to what extent, as this is an optional provision. If the municipalities allow exceptions to the general ban on burning, this is only possible for justified reasons. The application must then be submitted to the municipality responsible for the place of burning. The specific information required must be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the location, e.g. proximity to fire-prone objects.

- Indication of the exact location, date and time with the start and end of the fireworks
- Specification of the pyrotechnic articles to be burned (exact scope)
- Distances to particularly sensitive buildings and facilities, etc.

To handle category F2 pyrotechnic articles, you must prove that you are at least 18 years old.

The amount of the fee depends on nds. AllGO No. 29.2.4 Admission of an exception according to § 24 para. 1 sentence 1 in individual cases according to time spent, but at least 40 and at most 300 EURO
