If you have already purchased a right to use a gravesite, you can transfer it to another person. You can also determine in writing which person will receive the right of use after your death.

You can apply for the transfer of a right of use of a grave site to the competent municipality in which the cemetery is located:

• First, you submit your application and the required documents.
• If necessary, you will be asked to follow up on missing documents.
• The competent authority shall examine the conditions for the transfer of the right of use.

If the right of use is transferable to you, you will receive the notification and a certificate of award from the competent authority.
