A specific form of advice or the scope of advice is not regulated by law.
The Youth Welfare Office can only represent the child in court proceedings if a guardianship must be applied for separately. A guardianship can be applied for for the determination of paternity and for maintenance matters.
If the person and the specific individual case are not yet known to the Youth Welfare Office, proof of the order as well as proof of identity (e.g. identity card) is useful.
