If you are planning an aviation event, you will have to meet various requirements. These serve to ensure public safety and order. The competent aviation authority therefore checks whether the requirements for the event management, the participating pilots, the aircraft and the event site are met.
You do not have to have the event approved if only model aircraft and non-motorized air sports equipment that are not subject to registration and that cannot carry passengers are participating.
