If you are prevented from practising your profession as a tax advisor or tax representative for more than one month, you must appoint a general representative.

At your request, the competent Chamber of Tax Consultants will appoint the general representative for you. The competent Chamber of Tax Advisors may arrange for the appointment of a general representative ex officio if you have failed to appoint a general representative or to request the appointment of a general representative. The representative must be a tax advisor or tax agent.

You need an informal letter (original).

You are a tax advisor or tax representative.

• You notify the Chamber of Tax Consultants informally in writing of the appointment of a general representative.
• Enter the name and address of the general representative, the beginning and, if known, the end of the representation.
• Then announce the termination of the representation.

The Chamber of Tax Consultants must be notified immediately of the appointment of a general representative.

The writing form is required.

An informal application is possible.

Personal attendance is not necessary.
