As a person established abroad, you must report the first provision of your service under the designation "engineer" in Lower Saxony to the Lower Saxony Chamber of Engineers.
The use of the professional title "engineer" is protected in Lower Saxony. If you have neither a place of residence nor a professional establishment in Germany and would like to work temporarily and occasionally under the professional title "engineer" in Lower Saxony for the first time, you must report this activity.
