The business legitimation card is a certificate for commercial activity abroad.
 

For persons residing in Germany or abroad who wish to do business abroad for a company with its registered office in the area of application of the Trade and Industry Code, a trade legitimation card can be issued upon application.

• If applicable, identity card or passport
• If applicable, excerpt from the commercial register, the register of associations or the register of cooperatives
• If applicable, crafting card
• If applicable, proof of fairground liability insurance

Fees are charged in accordance with Appendix 1 to § 1 paragraph 1 of the General Schedule of Fees of the State of Lower Saxony (AllGO) in accordance with No. 40.1.19.4. The amount of the fee depends on the time spent

It should be noted that no guarantee can be given for the recognition of the business legitimation card abroad.

The business legitimation card can be issued upon application.

The responsibility lies with the district, the independent city, the large independent city and the independent municipality.

This procedure can also be carried out through a "Point of Single Contact". The "Point of Single Contact" is a special service offered by the municipalities and the state for service providers.
