If you are planning to create new forests through initial afforestation, you must display them. An application is required for initial afforestation of more than two hectares in size, which must be subject to an assessment or preliminary assessment of their environmental compatibility.
Initial afforestation must be reported to the forest authority. The notification must be made two months before the planned implementation. If you are planning such a project and notify it within the required deadline, the forest authority will examine within six weeks, if necessary with the participation of other specialist authorities involved, whether there are grounds for a ban.
Initial afforestation of more than two hectares in size, which is to be subject to an assessment or preliminary assessment of its environmental compatibility, requires approval after application has been submitted to the forest authority.
The forest authority may impose conditions on the notification or with the permit. It may also limit the authorisation.
After the notification deadline has passed, or after receiving the permit, you can implement your plans.
