The hunting authority shall inform the authority responsible for enforcing the Weapons Act of the following:
- the first issue of a hunting permit (hunting licence),
- the result of inspections in accordance with § 17 of the Federal Hunting Act,
- withdrawal or withdrawal of the hunting licence,
- Prohibition of hunting.
The responsibility lies with the district or with the district-free city as hunting authority.
