Standard land values serve to ensure transparency on the property market. As average land values, they apply to a number of properties for which the usage and value conditions are essentially the same. They are determined on January 1 of each even calendar year in relation to the square meter of land area.
The state ordinance on the fees of the surveying and cadastral authorities and the expert committees (special list of fees) is applicable. Fees of between 22.00 and 94.00 euros are charged for printed extracts from the standard land value maps, depending on the format.
