Vocational schools are institutions of continuing vocational training that prepare you to take on tasks at the middle management level in companies. The graduation from a technical college in full-time instruction with a duration of at least two school years or in part-time instruction with a correspondingly longer duration is equivalent to the entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences and entitles you to study at universities of applied sciences in Rhineland-Palatinate. The degree is recognized by all states in the Federal Republic of Germany.

You can attend the technical school in the following subject areas:

• Agriculture - State Certified Economist (Bachelor Professional Agricultural Economics)
• Design - State-certified designer (Bachelor Professional Design)
• Technology - State-certified technician (Bachelor Professional Technician)
• Economy - State Certified Business Economist (Bachelor Professional Economics)
• Social Services - State-Approved Educator (Bachelor Professional Social Work); State-approved remedial education nurse (Bachelor Professional Social Work); State-approved special education teacher (Bachelor Professional Social Work)

• Completed admission form of the respective vocational school (usually available via the school's website)
• Evidence in accordance with the applicable admission requirements

• The prerequisite for attending a technical college is a completed vocational training and the intermediate school leaving certificate
