Section 15 (1) - (7) of the Federal Hunting Act (BJagdG)
If the validity of your day falconer hunting licence for foreigners expires or has already expired and you wish to continue hunting, you must have it extended.
If you are a foreign citizen and would like to practice pickling in Germany, you will need a German falconry licence and hunting licence in your name.
If you are already in possession of these hunting licences as day hunting licences, but their validity has expired, you can apply for an extension.

You can submit the application in writing or, if available, online.
If you submit the application in writing, fill it out and submit it by post or in person to the competent authority.
The application and the evidence to be provided will be checked for completeness and correctness.
If you meet all the requirements, you will be issued a foreigner falconer hunting license.
