§ 33 of the Wine Act in the version of the announcement of 18 January 2011 (Federal Law Gazette I. p. 66)
As a winegrower, cooperative or recognised producer group that accepts grapes or mash, you are obliged to report your grape harvest and wine production.
As a winegrower with more than 0.1 hectares of vineyards, a cooperative or a recognised producer group that accepts grapes or mash, you must declare your grape harvest and wine production to the competent authority.
Under certain conditions, you do not need to declare your wine production and grape harvest.
As a full deliverer of partial areas, i.e. so-called partial deliverers who deliver only part of their harvest, you must declare the entire harvest quantity, including the grapes or grape musts that have been delivered to the producer group/cooperative.
This does not apply if all partial deliverers of a cooperative or recognised producer group have authorised them to submit the grape harvest declaration for the part delivered. In this case, the individual partial deliverers will be exempted from reporting the products delivered to the cooperative or recognised producer group.
It is a pure message. No decision will be issued by the authority.
As a winegrower, grape producer, cooperative and recognised producer group who accept grapes or mash, you are required to register, with the exception of

beholden.
You must report your grape harvest or wine production in writing. You can obtain a form for this from the competent authority. Fill out the form accordingly and submit it there again.

You must declare your grape harvest and wine production to the competent authority by 15/01 of the year following the harvest. Grapes harvested after 15.01., for example for ice wine, must be reported immediately.
Full member farms of a cooperative or recognised producer group are not subject to reporting.
