If you want to build, operate or make certain changes to a gas filling plant, you must apply for a permit from the competent authority.

Gas filling plants, including storage and storage tanks, are used to fill land, sea and air vehicles with flammable gases, which are then used as fuel. Gas filling systems are systems that require monitoring.

You will need permission from the competent authority if you:

• want to build and operate a gas filling plant
• want to make changes to the design or mode of operation that affect safety

Permission can be granted to you subject to the following restrictions:

• limited
• temporary
• under conditions, or
• with conditions.

If the installation requiring a permit is part of an installation requiring a permit, no separate permit will be issued. The permit includes the permission.

  • The test report must confirm that the system can be operated safely if the above measures are observed.

• The plant for which you are applying for the permit must be an installation requiring a permit.
• They must construct and operate state-of-the-art filling stations.
• Your documentation must be complete, plausible and meaningful.
• The test report of the approved inspection body (ZÜS) must confirm that the requested installation can be operated safely if the measures specified in the documents, including the tests, are complied with.

• Submit the application for permission for the installation requiring monitoring to the competent authority with the necessary documents, including the test report of the approved inspection body (ZÜS).

The permit expires if:

Contradiction:

• You may appeal against the decision within one month of notification.
