Section 15 (2) and (3) of the Federal Hunting Act (BJagdG)

Areas on which you are entitled to hunt must be entered in your foreigner falconry hunting license. In the event of changes, the entries must be corrected.

If, after the foreigner falconer hunting licence has been issued, there have been changes to the area on which you are entitled to hunt, you must have them entered in your hunting licence.

• Proof of the area on which the hunting licence holder is entitled to hunt (contract)

You can submit the application in writing or, if available, online.

If you submit the application in writing, fill it out and submit it by post or in person to the competent authority.

The application and the evidence to be provided will be checked for completeness and correctness.

If all conditions are met, the change is entered.

The responsibility is incumbent on the lower hunting authority.
