Section 15 (2) and (3) of the Federal Hunting Act (BJagdG)

The change of your name as well as your main residence must be entered in the foreigner falconer hunting license.

If your name or main residence has changed after the foreigner falconer hunting licence has been issued, you must have your hunting licence changed.

You can submit the application in writing or, if available, online.

If you submit the application in writing, fill it out and submit it by post or in person to the competent authority.

The application and the evidence to be provided will be checked for completeness and correctness.

If all conditions are met, the change is entered.

• is amended by the authority that issued the falconry licence
• if you are resident in Germany, the local authority is responsible
• responsible: lower hunting authority

You have the change made by the authority that issued the hunting license.

On the other hand, if you have moved your main residence from abroad to Germany, you must contact the authority responsible for the new place of residence.

The responsibility is incumbent on the lower hunting authority.
