Section 15 (2) and (3) of the Federal Hunting Act (BJagdG)

Areas on which you are entitled to hunt must be entered in the hunting licence. In the event of changes, the entries must be corrected.

If, after the foreigner hunting licence has been issued, there have been changes to the area on which you are entitled to hunt, you must have them entered in your hunting licence.

• Proof of the area on which the holder of the hunting licence is entitled to hunt (contract)

You can submit the application in writing or, if available, online.

If you submit the application in writing, fill it in and submit it by post or in person to the competent authority.

The application and the evidence to be provided will be checked for completeness and correctness.

If all conditions are met, the change is entered.

• is registered by the authority which issued the hunting licence
• responsible: lower hunting authority

The registration must be carried out by the lower hunting authority that issued the hunting licence.

The responsibility lies with the lower hunting authority.
