The change of your name and your main residence must be entered in the youth hunting license.

If your name or main residence has changed after your youth hunting licence has been issued, you must have your hunting licence changed.

You can have the change made by the competent authority for your place of residence.

If you submit the application in writing, fill it in and submit it by post or in person to the competent authority.
